Opportunity Analysis

The work we do in the area of opportunity analysis is both in the form of evaluating opportunities clients may have already identified, as well as identifying new and unique opportunities for clients.  Our experience in this area ranges from working with large international companies that are evaluating new business opportunities in countries currently not served, or acquisition prospect analysis and recommendations to smaller clients looking at new packaging or line extension opportunities.  As just one example, many clients to come to us looking for recommendations, and possibly a roadmap as they diversify their business into new sales channels for their products.
